Multiple Checkout Options | Pay with Stripe, PayPal

In today’s world, managing a business effectively requires the use of sales funnels. A sales funnel is essentially a marketing model. To make it more simple, if you have a product that you want to sell to customers, the steps you take to bring that product to them make up the sales funnel. The key stages in a sales funnel are Awareness, Interest, Desire, and Action, commonly known as the AIDA model.

Think of it this way, if you approach someone directly and ask them to buy your product, will they? Now, consider the same scenario from your perspective. If someone comes up to you and asks you to buy their product, do you buy it immediately? Some people might, but most will ignore you. It’s similar to refusing food from a stranger on a bus, train, or boat 😂

However, if you follow the popular AIDA model, you first make people aware of your product. Then, you create interest among your potential customers. Once they are well-informed and interested in your product, they will decide on their own whether to buy it or not. When they reach the final step, the checkout, it’s time for the purchase. This whole explanation is to emphasize the importance of the checkout stage. If you fail to offer flexible checkout options, you might lose customers even at this crucial step.

ClickFunnels is a popular platform for creating sales funnels, and landing pages. We know that ClickFunnels allows two payment methods on the order page: Stripe and PayPal. The problem is, as a default feature, you usually can’t use both payment methods simultaneously. You have to either choose Stripe or PayPal 😔

In such cases, many of us prefer to avoid complications by designing two separate checkout or order pages. One page might use the Stripe payment method, and the other might use PayPal. Even though it’s easy to duplicate the page design, promoting the funnel becomes a hassle. For instance, you have to send leads to separate checkout pages based on their chosen payment method or create separate sales pages with different buttons for Stripe and PayPal.

This becomes quite awkward. Wouldn’t it be great if we could use both payment methods on a single page? 🤔 The answer is yes, it is possible, 😀 but it requires custom coding. This custom solution has been developed to enable both Stripe and PayPal checkout options on the same order page. It’s straightforward and takes little time and effort to implement.
